I have been remiss in not writing a positive experience in recent months with Frank and Just Water Heaters. Our heater was 15 years old, and giving not quite hot water. I called Frank and explained that I wanted a “short” to fit where the current hot water was. He checked his supplier, got right back to me, set up a time and installed a new 40 gallon short gas hot water heater as promised, $599.99 plus tax; no add ons, exactly as promised. He was prompt, polite, and we have had a great experience for about three months now.
