One of the most frequent questions we get asked is “Why is your price so low?”.
The answer is simple:
- Just Water Heaters only installs and replaces Tucson Water Heaters and so we can do the job quickly and efficiently.
- We are not a large company with a lot of overhead and we don’t spend a lot on advertising so we do not need to mark up our prices.
- We don’t charge extra for things all the other companies do.
- Being a certified water heater installer we receive a discount on permits and pass that savings on to you.
It is not uncommon to get a quote of $700-$900 for hot water heater replacement and this might not even include items like a permit, flexible connectors or sediment trap. Below is a sample list of items that we include with our services:

The prices for water heater replacement in Tucson that we post on our pricing page are our prices and there are no hidden fees. The only extra charges that you MAY incur are code upgrades and these charges are for MATERIALS ONLY.
