Frank & son called to say they”ed be earlier than expected which I appreciated. Arrived as stated and went right to work. Explained what they would do and changes necessary to meet code. Old water heater drained and removed in about 45 minutes. Plumbing preps and vent changes started. New heater installed and water, gas and vent connections made. Water and gas turned on and heater lit. Everything leak tested and verified O.K. Area cleaned and tools and debris removed. Total time approx. 2.5 hours. Would have been quicker if changes for code had not been necessary. All in all an outstanding job! I would highly recommend this company !!!
