When I spoke with Frank, he made an appointment for the next day which is unheard of anywhere! He called and said he was ahead of schedule and if he could come a bit early and we told him not a problem. Once inside the garage, he worked meticulously, and was very good at what he did. His personality was a huge plus and he was very informative. We have since recommended him to a number of our friends here in Sunflower….some of them have said they already had him install their hot water heater a year or so ago. We can honestly say that this is one man that knows what he is doing and does it well and efficiently!
