Frank arrived earlier than he had estimated. He went right to work and completed the job in about an hour. He was professional, friendly and very competent. He does not normally work on the weekends, but happened to be doing a job when I called him this morning, and since my water heater had been leaking pretty badly, he was kind enough to stop on his way home to install a new one. In addition, he shocked us both when he found a dead cat wedged behind the old water heater. It had apparently jumped up on the appliance and fell down behind it. He installed a plate at no extra charge so nothing like that would happen again. How many service providers would do that? I highly recommend him if and when your water heater goes out.
